John P. Scally

Mr. Scally has more than 20 years of media relations experience, including service in The White House Office of Communications and the NCAA, and seven years of media relations experience for a New York City public relations agency, working on accounts for Fortune 1000 companies and nonprofit entities. He previously served as majority legislative analyst for the Arizona State House of Representatives, acting as liaison and spokesperson to the media and the general public, as well as advising House representatives and state senators on pending legislative bills.

Mr. Scally served under former White House Director of Speechwriting Tony Snow as a public affairs specialist in The White House Office of Communications Speech Writing Division, where he developed initial drafts of presidential addresses, substantiated accuracy and clarity for presidential speeches, and responded to requests for information from numerous federal agencies, the media and the general public.

Mr. Scally earned an M.A. in political science from American University, Washington, D.C., in 1991 and an M.P.A. with an emphasis in public affairs communication from Northern Arizona University in 1995.
